What we collect
We collect only what is necessary for the service you use: contact details you provide (for example, through inquiry forms), account and role information for platform users, transaction records for commerce and financing services, and health-related information only where you or your healthcare provider create it inside Medical Street healthcare platforms.
How we use information
Information is used to operate the services: responding to inquiries, providing platform functionality, connecting buyers and suppliers, processing healthcare workflows and payments, checking eligibility and claims, maintaining security and audit trails, and improving our products. We do not sell personal information.
Health information
Health information is treated with elevated protection: access is role-based and permission-controlled, actions are audit-trailed, and data minimization applies. Website visitors are not diagnosed or profiled medically by this marketing website.
Sharing
We share information only as needed to provide the service: with the healthcare organizations you interact with, verified suppliers for orders you place, insurers and payment providers for eligibility, claims and payments, and with authorities where legally required.
