These terms govern access to and use of the Medical Street website and Medical Street platforms.
Agreement
By accessing this website or using Medical Street services, you agree to these terms. Platform products may have additional terms presented at sign-up; those terms supplement these.
Services
Medical Street provides technology infrastructure connecting people, healthcare providers, suppliers, insurers and financial systems. Medical Street is a technology company: healthcare services are delivered by healthcare providers, products are sold by suppliers, and insurance products are underwritten by insurers.
Accounts and roles
Platform accounts are role-based. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account. Access is permission-controlled and audited.
Commerce
Marketplace transactions are between verified suppliers and healthcare buyers. Product availability, pricing, delivery and returns are governed by the transaction workflow and applicable supplier terms recorded in the platform.
LifeCare Credits
LifeCare Credits are healthcare credits — not insurance, not deposits, and not transferable cash. They may only be used for healthcare within the Medical Street ecosystem, subject to program terms.
Acceptable use
Use of our services is subject to our acceptable use policy. We may suspend access where misuse endangers the ecosystem or other users.

Liability

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uganda.
